Our family and friends are thrilled about us adopting. In addition to our own, our child will have many other open hearts and arms waiting to embrace him or her!
Lisa has two older brothers and grew up in Southern California. Her parents, brothers, nieces and nephew, and old friends are still there. Fortunately, it's a quick flight so we're able to visit fairly often. Shari grew up in Indianapolis, and has a large extended family in Indiana and parts of the southern U.S. We also have a large and diverse network of friends, who we consider part of our family. Many of our friends are couples with children, so a lot of our current social activities are family oriented. We can't wait to spend time with our child and our friends and family together!
