Our Partnership and Life
We've been together for close to eight years. Our relationship is built on trust and shared values of honesty, respect, and a peaceful home life. At the core of our relationship, we are great friends and have become even more bonded through our journey to become parents. The best part of our relationship is how much we laugh together!
We both take pleasure in the simple things, like spending the day with each other, or with family and friends. Not a day goes by that we aren't grateful for each other and our lives! You'll see in our photos that we're active and love to be outdoors. We also love to travel and have ventured in recent years to Belize, Ecuador, Panama, and Kauai. We look forward to sharing future adventures with our children when they're old enough to enjoy and appreciate travel.
We each have solid careers and a good sense of who we are, individually. Shari is a Director of Radiology Systems for a local medical group. Her employer is very family friendly and offers a lot of flexibility. Lisa owns her own successful marketing consulting business and works from home. We derive joy from work, but place the most value on time with each other, friends, and family. We both plan to take extended time off when we adopt our precious baby. As our child grows, we will have the flexibility to spend lots of time with them every day.

I feel truly blessed to have met Lisa. She has added new dimensions of joy to my life. Lisa is ethical, kind, strong, and very funny. We share the same values of honesty, respect, and love, which makes our relationship supportive and positive. Lisa is also very tender hearted--a quality that I can't wait to see her express with our child. Her deep sense of values, calmness, and nurturing heart will make her a wonderful mother. Our child will be as blessed as I am to be loved by her!

Shari is one of the most generous souls that you'll ever meet. Her heart goes out to all children, animals, and others in need. She is extremely ethical and honest and always strives to do the right thing. She's also a very loving and supportive partner. What I love most about Shari is that she's really a big, giant softy inside! Shari will make a terrific mom. She gets great joy out of the little things in everyday life and I'm sure she'll pass along this appreciation to our child.
